Problems with Ticketmaster when ordering concert..

This morning I was on Ticketmaster.ca getting tickets for Rascal Flatts in Winnipeg through the internet presale. I got the page where it shows you which tickets are available.. I tried to "give them up and search again" and then the website went down, and I still cannot access it. About 5 minutes later, I received a confirmation email saying I had purchased the 4 tickets! I never agreed that I wanted these tickets. The website is still down so I can't contact them. Any suggestions? Anyone else having problems?
