X-fest help

Well I am doing a project in my 40S automated office class that we have to develop an informational web site about a local fair or festival and I have decided to do x-fest.
Anyways I was wondering what the decisions on x-fest is this year and if there is a site up or going to be up soon within the next two weeks on x-fest.
Any information is greatly appreciated and will help out quite a bit.
