I am planning on buying tickets though vivid seats I have never used this site before has anyone ever used it??? is it trust worthy??? that is my main concern is that I dont get ripped off.

we have used Stubhub and had the same worries as you that we might get ripped off, but everything went very smooth no troubles at all. we had checked vivid seats and stub hub and they both had the same seats available and immediately after we purchased our tickets they were gone from both sites listings of seats. stub hub does offer a money back guarantee which doesn't do you much good if your at the venue and find out the tickets are no good but at least it is something. when we called into their customer service to ask a few questions the representative said that they are only selling what people put up for sale and the only trouble they have is with more high demand tickets like the jets or similar she also said that if a person ever lists invalid tickets tickets on their site they are banned for life and you will be refunded the full amount if they can not find you replacement tickets(they give you a number to call if you get to the venue and find they won't work) for the purchase. We would use stub hub again to buy tickets.

Googled them the other day looking for more AC/DC tickets. Results were not great. There are a lot of reviews saying tickets not where they were supposed to be and even for the wrong event. I haven't looked at stubhub or ticket fly but all the bad stuff on vivid seats makes me pretty uncomfortable. Let us all know if you go ahead and how it works out

Stub Hub had bad reviews online too but the majority of them were posted in or around 2011. I think they have tightened up their security or screening process for fraudulent tickets as we had good luck for Ed Sheeran tickets and i Know our daughter in law got Brad Paisley or something like that tickets with no trouble also.

We used vivid seats for a concert on July 1 and encountered no problems...other than the inflated price but when you want the tickets, you pay it. I ordered in advance and they arrived quickly. When I checked out reviews, most were related to tickets not arriving on time so watch the estimated delivery date when ordering.

I used them for a hockey game in Tampa, I had no problems and was able to get in with no problems.
