I don't know if you could gain access to some of these locations or what look you're going for but some that come to mind are:  
Mackenzie Seeds building  
The old church at the corner of 12th street and Lorne Avenue  
The basement of the old jail  
Under the 8th street bridge  
Under the 18th street bridge  
Backlane of downtown Brandon  
Brandon Armoury  
Middle of grain field  
In front of abandoned farm house/grain elevator/abandoned car  
Abandoned rail line/rail bridge  
gravel road  
Commonwealth Air Training Museum

Thank you for the ideas, it's pretty tough to describe what we are going for because my only real criteria for the video is cool or unique looking, could be old, could be new, could have stuff hanging all over the walls, could be a big basement or garage or shop or really anywhere. Looking for somewhere someone owns and we can shoot there one evening. So all great ideas, gonna try to keep it indoors just cause of how cold it is.

what about ice cream parlour in east end past the Green Spot. Don Ditchfields place. Can't remember what he has called it.
