    I am curious to see if there is anyone in the areas that works on vintage radios and turntables to restore them to working/better condition (ie. changing the power supply cord, capacities, wiring, etc.)?

    I don't know of anyone in town but Columbus Radio in Winnipeg would be a good place to check out.

    Used to get my parts at Dominion Tire and Radio on 10th back in the day from Tony. Mr. Johnson down on Rosser would also fix radios back then. Learned to do quite a bit on my own with the aid of some an old radio repair course books I bought at a pick I did near Basswood.
