Has anyone heard if there is another free concert in Wasagaming this August?  
Just wondering who is playing this year.  
Hoping it is a huge act for Canada's 150th!

Sorry I was looking at last years event! Lol disregard. I'm not sure who's playing this year.

I'm thinking it's August 8th, which is "Wasagaming Chamber Days" (https://discoverclearlake.com/events/wasagaming-chamber-days/).  
 
The des:cription says "Fun family activities, entertainment, a parade and much more", but that the schedule will be posted when available.  
 
I can't recall for sure if Chamber Days is the same weekend they usually host the concert or not, but it's usually in August so the timing is right.  
 
Edit: I don't think it's that weekend after all - looking into past chamber days, it doesn't look like there has been a concert. So I don't know either.  
 
Edit again: Found some mention of it, at least, on the government page:

So it doesn't appear to be confirmed at this point.

I believe the free concert has been on the third weekend in August so possibly August 19th this year. I recall last year details of the free concert were not posted until closer to the actual date.

I also seem to remember thinking it''s usually the 3rd weekend. They usually don''t announce who it is too early.

Nothing has been announced yet just confirmed with the park office this week. I think they plan on announcing just a few weeks before. Who does everyone want to see??

I'm new to this area and still trying to get a feel for what the music culture is like around here. I had no idea that free concerts happened in the region.

I think it shows on their schedule as being August 26th.. as it shows "to be announced"... I actually sent them a message a few weeks ago - asking when they would announce it - and they said July - so we should hear anytime!

In the past they have had Doc Walker, Emerson Drive, Trooper, to name the ones that I can recall. Anyone remember what other bands have played the free concert?

Glass Tiger and Sierra Noble, I think there was another country band besides the one listed
