Baffin boots accidentally switched

My family goes to the YMCA a lot and we think this is where the accidental switch may have happened. Or she attends new era as well as new era YMCA preschool
The boots we currently have that are NOT ours , are black, children's size 11
Please check your child''s Baffin boots as we believe these are a size larger than what we owned so these boots are just not working
