Under Age Smoking!!

The law states that you must be 18 or 19 years old to buy cigarettes in Canada depending on which province you are in. Store owners and employees are being charged for selling them to minors but schools have dedicated smoking areas outside for the children to smoke what is that..... all about. In my opinion cigarettes should then be treated the same as alcohol, if a minor has alcohol on there possession they will be fined. I know for a fact that alot of these kids out smoking at school are late for classes also which is very inconsiderate to the teachers and classmates. Just wandering what your opinion is on this matter.
