I have been dealing with an ex over a joint line of credit for months now. We purchased a house together and got a joint line of credit at that time for renovations.  
We never did any renovations and I never knew anything had been put on the LOC. We have now sold the house, but he has gone and put $20,000 on the LOC.  
He keeps running me in circles, saying its being dealt with, he claimed he paid it off but after talking to the bank he didnt, now he will not return any of my calls and the bank won't tell me anything.  
Any advice? I'm at wits end, and feel like I have no rights as to getting my name off this LOC!
