So last night i got a ticket from a BPS officer that flying down 26th street heading north and i was heading south. He made a very sharp dangerous uturn and followed me a short distance and pulled me over for speeding. He states that i was doing 68km in a 50km.  
 
Can they use radar guns in their cars while they are driving? And second anyone know of a good traffic lawyer?  
 
the only reason i ask is that i am in rental car and the officer refused to accepted the photocopy of the insurance that Enterprise gave me and threatened to charge me with failure to provide registation and proof insurance.  
 
Also when he returned from his car, he said he had flagged this car all over North America. The Officer then said that the next time this car gets pulled over and the original copies of the insurance are not in it,the car would be towed, driver charged for not providing insurance, or proof of registration, and the driver would be arrested and taken to jail.  
 
So yeah, any help would be very appreciated here because i feel i have been threaten and the officer is not following the law correctly
