Do you think i can charge? My exroommate illegaly removed my stuff out of our apartment and is refusing to give it back until i pay her for bills that dont even have my name on them. i only have a few summer clothes and hoodies. I told several times that it was my property and she had no right to touch it. i have pics and recepits of my stuff. What can i do. I also know my stuff is worth about 5000 or more. Police told me to do small claims but if she took without my permission isn't theft that i could charge her with?
