I guess I've got a polling type of question for ebrandon. How should people respond when they spot a group wearing gang colors hanging around an elementary school and appearing to discretely pass small packages to a regular stream of 'random' passersby?  
 
I'd of course think contacting the police and school would be good steps. Maybe talking to people in the neighborhood to let them know as well? How about putting a notice up here on ebrandon?
