North Hill - What is going on???

I was just up at Walmart, and I rushed home assuming there was already a thread about this... WHAT IS GOING ON?
There are several police vehicles surrounding the hill beside Walmart. Two cars in the parking lot at Walmart, one on 18th Street near the church and two on Daly Crescent looking down on the hill area. There are about 5 cops walking through the bush who are looking for something???? Including one police dog.
Does ANYONE know what's happening?
