The below is from the police report on October 8th.
Mischief to Property
At 2:23 PM, a complaint was received that something had shattered the side window of a vehicle at the intersection of 9th St. and Aberdeen Ave. At 2:32 PM, a second complaint was received that an o:bject had hit a vehicle at the same intersection causing a small dent to the side door. It is believed that some form of projectile was launched from near the intersection that caused the damage in both case. The incidents remain under investigation and it is asked that anyone who may have seen anything suspicious at the time to contact police.

And then this is from October 9th, but their is no mention if the suspect is also involved in the incident on Saturday.
Breach of Recognizance and Possess Break-in Instruments:
Early Monday morning at 1:14am, Police had been dispatched to the area of 9th Street and Richmond Avenue in response to several complaints of unknown suspects throwing rocks at cars causing damage. Police located a male in the 300 block of Aberdeen Avenue carrying a backpack containing a set of bolt cutters and set of keys with a sticker on the fob. Police learnt the male was on a Recognizance Order, from Winnipeg, and was in breach of his curfew. A 22yr old Brandon man was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre for Court in the morning.
