    The photos I will i:nclude are early in Jan. and nothing compared to photos I have from 2017 where both the city and Richmond Oaks used 21st and Richmond as a dump. I have 3 friends who are on moterized vehicles and were blocked

    When you called the city what did they say? Remember these are not little tractors moving snow. So some spills on the sidewalk are they to immediately dispatch a mini sidewalk cleaner?
