Parade of Lights 2009

Does anyone know if/when this year's Parade of Lights is happening? I had thought it was to happen on November 21st. With the lack of snow, I suppose no one is thinking about a Christmas-themed event but I haven't heard anything about this annual event yet. I hope there will be some creative and interesting floats this year!
