Christmas Traditions

I am needing a bit of help getting into the Christmas Spirit this year and I wondered what are some Christmas Traditions that you do with your family.
One thing we do is a $1 gift exchange. This includes all the adults and the kids. There are some crazy presents that get exchanged. Everyone has a good laugh over it, especially the kids. They love it.
