Meat Cutter/Farmer gift ideas?

Odd question...my sister recommended getting my brother-in-law a "butcher knife" for when he's cutting up his beef... and he sure does lots! What is the best kind to buy for him and where would I get it? What other ideas in that department could we get him? Thanks!!!
