What to get teacher?

My child has a excellent teacher this year and I would love to get her a great christmas gift. I am totally out of ideas. I usually do timmies gift cards but I would like to get something great. This teacher is really great and we would like to let her know that we appreciate her hard work and personal time she puts in for the kids. Any ideas?
