A little help?

I recently got in touch with the Winnipeg Zoo because I wanted to give the oportunity of a lifetime to go meet a monkey to my boyfriend as a Christmas gift this year.
He absoultely adores monkeys and I just wanted to put a smile on his face this Christmas as he has done for me everyday. The Winnipeg Zoo basically told me flat out no, there is nothing they could do...
Any suggestions out there?
