Our family does a Christmas gift exchange (Chinese auction) every year at Christmas. We have tried to change it up the last couple of years by adding a new different rule or way of playing the game. This year we are looking for a different idea or way to play the game that we have not tried yet and just can’t come up with anything. I was wondering if your families do a gift exchange at Christmas and how you play. What kinds of rules do you use?  
And ideas on how we could spruce up the game a little this Christmas would be greatly appreciated.
