Christmas decor

With Pinterest ideas I have started to do more Christmas decor crafts, inside and out. Last year I was able to purchase supplies from Dollarama. I went early November this year but the fall decor was still out. Then I went a week ago and there still wasn't much. I'm from out of town so don't know if they are no longer stocking artificial poinsettias, evergreen garland, etc. or if I'm just going at the wrong times. Any idea?
