A time when people usually give more of themselves and when we have hampers and gift trees etc.. then you have people that do this kind of stuff. I guess I just picture a mom that saved and shuffled bills and went to go get this toy and it's all sold out, then has to make excuses Christmas morning. I guess I'm just sad for these kind of people.
Is scalping convert tickets not illegal? " |

I feel sad for these people too.

Seriously? If these kids need these latest toys for Christmas and mommy needs to make excuses they are in for one heck of a wake up called reality later on in life. The novelty of the toy will be gone after a month and will end up in the back of the toy box with all the other "hottest" toys that just needed to be bought. I will and will never juggle bills, stand in lines, etc for a friggin toy for my kid. Sometimes you get, sometimes you don't. Welcome to the real world. This is how we get spoiled little kids who expect everything as they grow up. There will always be a hottest toy every year. Why keep up with the Jones? If these kids need so badly take them on a hamper run. I am doing that tonight and when my daughter was younger it is a tradition each year to deliver hampers. Yes some probably had more than myself and I had to overlook my questioning of why I am standing at this doorstep, but there were a lot more that when that kid saw a wrapped toy in the hamper box and get so excited, that was probably one of the only gifts they would get......that touches some strings.
