I have MTS Ultimate TV in Minnedosa and last nite while watching the tv lost sound. I thought maybe my Bose had calved but the old remote controlling the tv speakers also didn't produce any sound. The tv upstairs works just fine so I thought it may be my tv, but when I switched from cable to netflix both the tv speakers and Bose worked just fine. I tried a system reset this morning and it didn't help. Anybody else experiencing this or have a possible solution?

Did you call Bell/MTS support?

I didn't think they would be working on the Sunday of a long weekend

My mother has the same Mts tv. It turned out to be her receiver and it had to be replaced.
