Where do you guys recommend buying cute summer clothing for 13 year old girls? It seems that everything is either to childish or to adult like for them, and there's really not much in Brandon.

I have 2 teenage girls so I understand your dilemma. For us, we order a lot online from old navy. They have great sales, tween and teen appropriate (in my opinion) shorts, etc. They have free shipping, which is always super quick, and free returns. I have always been very happy with what we've gotten there.

following this. We have the same problem, there is nothing really in town. My daughter shops in the boys section a lot & I am happy to do alterations so things like t's can be less boxy, but not see through or way too short, or way too low cut. She hates needing to wear 3 shirts to make 1 she's comfortable in. Also, she'll often buy boys shorts or pants and have me alter them to fit more "girly" but not skin tight or way too short. Boys/mens clothes are dirt cheap most times compared to girls clothes & easy to alter to her tastes.

Have you checked Ardenes? That's where I buy majority of my daughter's clothes. Some of them can be a little more "adult" but also have lots of cute stuff...Easy on the pocket too(specifically the coral center location).

Warehouse One at the Corral Centre is probably tops for getting clothes age appropriate and cool and that fit. Bluenotes in the Shoppers mall is good. Maurices is hit and miss, and a bit pricier. Ricki's is kinda the same.  
Ardene's is fun and cheap, but doesn't last. Also be prepared to adjust a lot of straps, etc.  
Walmart is very limited selection, but it can be found.  
EB Games and Spencer's for T-shirts if you are willing to pay a bit more and want ones that will last for years. Plus if you want "Geek" stuff like Pokemon, Assassin's Creed, Star Wars, etc.
