Rather than wasting the time and effort on trying to figure out how to get out of child support use that energy at finding employment and maybe a payment won't be missed. Ask the financing company of your car if you can defer a payment. Pull money out of a credit card. Cell phone, ask to miss a payment etc. Do what you can but don't let your kids be on the bottom of the priority list.
When you don't have a job, your full time job is to find a job. " |

Easy now. I love that statement....mother raising the children shouldn't have to come up short casuse daddy lost his job. Sooooo.....what if mommy and daddy were together? Is he still to put money on his credit card, call family for help, defer car payments? No they both work together to get through it....now?
The person needs to get to his lawyer as MEP cannot control the amounts but it needs to go to the lawyer asap.
