Pretty much the worst would be....welll...embarrassment...?  
As the song says..."everybody is lookin for someone" ...sweet dreams are made of this

I'm in! Living out in the middle of nowhere cramps the dating pool a lot more. Something with low pressure and a fun theme with a few drinks would be nice. There's empire board games in where we can book a large table and play fun games... or go with a lounge mingle... up to the group. But I'm in.

I'd give a singles boardgame night a go if I knew there'd be some guys there in the 35 - 45yr age group. I go to Boardgame Empire fairly regularly, so many good games to play!

I wasn't sure at first but I think I would be interested in a singles board game night, so feel free to add me to a list if anyone is making one, btw, 37 year old male if that matters.  
 
I've always had a curiosity with D&D but have never really researched it or seen it played for that matter, it just always piqued my interest for some reason.

Doesn’t look like this happened? I’m in for board games at Empire...let’s do it. I’m going to propose next Friday, Aug 10...thoughts?

But that will be the first time ever I win at Monopoly.

I’m single, 37, female. I can’t make it to the Aug 10th event, but would love to come to another event if planning more.

I'm not sure what everyone else's game choice would be but I could see playing a round of monopoly as I haven't played it for many years, and it can eat up a few hours if I remember correctly.

I can't speak for the others but I had a great time with lots of laughs and I look forward to another round of games if anyone is so inclined.

It was a great night, so much fun was had! Board Game Empire is a great venue...$5.00 for unlimited playing, tonnes of games to choose from, good variety of drinks - alcohol and not, and the food looked good. Thumbs up!  
 
So...I had been planning to start something this fall...I’ve created a Facebook Group...Brandon Area Singles...search and check it out. We can use it to share ideas and promote activities. Disclaimer: I know almost nothing about Facebook and have no time for admin duties, but I’ll do my best

Definitely want to plan for another board game night - it was awesome - just need to pick a date. It looks like they’re closed over the long weekend and It’s a few weeks before I’m free on a weekend but go ahead without me  
Or we could live on the edge and do it on a weeknight :o
