Hi there, my recently divorced grandmother moved to Brandon a few years ago. She is 71 and is bored out of her mind. Where would be the best place for her to look for male or female friendships in Brandon? She loves all kid of things and is very outgoing once she feels comfortable with someone. She would love to have someone to go out for dinners or movies with, or someone just to stay home and watch tv, do puzzles or cook and share meals with. Any help pointing her in the right direction would be fantastic, thank you.

Is she looking for someone older to spend time with? I’m only 31 but when I’m not working or with my daughter I have time. I used to work in Long term care for quite some time and have been thinking of volunteering at homes similar to visit people.
