HELP! how to have a successful long distance relationship!

My friend met this awesome english guy while traveling, they have an amazing connection and explored new and wild sexual fantasys. but now that she is in Canada, he makes skype dates, but never makes them, can some one pls give me advice or tell me whats up? why does this happen?
