Hello. Wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that does free or cheap marriage counseling?

Are you a part of a church or have access to a church? A pastor/minister/priest would provide this for free.

Don't think you'll get in to see a professional counselor for free, or even cheap really.

I believe the Counselling Centre has an sliding rate scale based on income.

Just so you know, spending money on marriage counseling is worth the investment. It's almost always cheaper than a divorce. ;)
