There was a pride event recently, and some other local events held through serc and BU throughout the year. But overall, there is very little when it comes to LGBT events in Brandon.  
 
It seems Brandon doesn''t have the population to support much else, and if people are interested in doing more, many times they just end up going to Winnipeg.  
 
If you are interested in more local stuff, you should get a hold of SERC as a place to start, or the BU LGBTTQ office. http://www.serc.mb.ca/lgbt

I'm gay too, and fairly new to Brandon. As mentioned above, SERC and the university LGBTTQ collective are best places to start. I know the collective is being revived!  
 
Hope you find something, Brandon needs a little more lgbt socialization...personal experience tells me most are unfortunately still in the closet.

I'm asexual and biromantic. And would be interested in lgbt social activities. Would be nice to meet some who understands what it's like to be asexual.
