Tim Horton's in Shilo

I love Tim Horton's coffee but, I do not love driving an hour round trip just to get one. I don't know exactly why one has not been put intoShilo or the surrounding area of Sprucewoods sooned as I don't know anymilitary people that don't love Horton's. Even a gas station kiosk insprucewoods would serve the purpose just fine. Why can't there be a Timmy's in or around shilo?
