Warlocks, Wards, and blood and iron are all great (in my opinion). Depending on what you want look at the artists work and compare it to what you want.
If your wanting script, find an artist who's script you like (i have quiet a bit, and my downright favourite is Jeremy from Warlocks. The other script I have you can see tiny little mistakes if you look at it, where the letters don't quiet meet, or they dragged the needle a little to far at the end of a letter causing a tail... Just little things but still the script I have from Jeremy almost looks printed. It's perfect.).
If your wanting something bright and colourful and almost cartoonish I'd recommend DJ at warlocks. If you look at his Instagram his work is mostly super colourful and bright.
If your wanting something super feminine (life like flowers or something) I'd recommend Jackie from wards.
There is one tattoo shop in town that I've never seen recommended, and if you look on there page you'll see why (we cant specifically point out names on here, but just check the pages of them all and you'll know what shop it is).
Just pick what you want and then go look at the artists work (they all have Facebook and most have Instagram) and find who's style matches the tattoo you want.
Good luck!
