Does anyone know of any places, in Brandon and surrounding area or Winnipeg, that will purchase clothes or take clothes in on consignment? I haven't been successful in my search for finding such a place yet.  
 
I recently lost a lot of weight so need almost an entire new wardrobe. Normally I donate my clothing, but with the expense of purchasing a lot of new things, I was hoping to get a little for my old stuff (not looking to get rich by any means).

They will buy your clothing from you and I believe you can either get an in store credit or cash. They are in Winnipeg though. They have two locations one on St.James St and the other is on Narin Ave.

Why not just sell your clothes on Facebook buy and sell groups or here on ebrandon?

I'll check them out next time I'm in Winnipeg.

I've tried on here and haven't had a ton of success. I didn't think between $1 and $2 for a shirt was unreasonable, but maybe?  
 
And I don't have Facebook, so that's a no go.

Wow, seriously?! $1-$2 per shirt is totally decent, too bad people weren’t smart enough to buy them at such a great price. Unfortunately, I don’t know of any consignment stores anymore so I can’t help. Maybe have a yard sale?

Factoring in your time. Sometimes just cheaper to donate. Your time has a value to it.  
 
I wouldn’t have a yard sale as people expect 25 cents clothes.  
 
I go up and down in weight over the years and found donating works better in the long run as you never recoup any where near your original cost trying to sell.

What size are these clothes? I am always up for a good deal.
