Looking for reviews/preferences for soccer coaching for our son who's 5, galaxy or BYSA ?

For that age, you might also want to consider Christian Heritage School's league. We don't attend there but we've participated in previous years, and as far as I know it's still open to everyone.  
 
I really liked it over the others because it was only once a week and quite low-key. The kids have a blast, and it's a great way to introduce the sport to young kids.

Thanks for the info 'Abbysmum', looks like a good option, the timings don't work though, 4-5pm is too close to our work timings.  
Galaxy timings are better, 6-7pm.  
Not sure what BYSA times are.

BYSA just released their times on their Facebook page.  
 
If your son was born in 2013 - it will be 6:30 start time.  
If your son was born in 2014 - it will be 6:00 start time.

Galaxy soccer is great. Its consistent, affordable and well organized. I am so disappointed that my son aged out of it

Had a great experience with Galaxy Soccer last year and my daughter is signed up to go again this summer. Very well organized!

Another vote for galaxy. Disappointed this is my sons last year for it. Very well run. BYSA has have many issues over the last few years. They need to replace the whole lot of people running that show.

If you are interested in having your son or daughter play both soccer and Baseball, baseball takes place on Monday and Wednesday allowing you to do both.

We noticed this thread and CJFORD's comment specifically about BYSA.  
 
We just want to let everyone know that there has been significant changes to the Board since September and we no longer have our executive director.  
 
The current Board is excited to be a part of the new sanctioned soccer structure with WRSA and the 5 existing Board members are working hard to improve our communication issues and organizational issues that have plagued us in the past.  
 
We're looking for volunteers to join the Board or committees. The more help we have, the better organized we can be.
