We were thinking getting a prebuilt one and then hiring someone to put it together. No idea about foundation yet. I know when the provincial tax person came to see our house she said that she’d and patios/decks affected your taxes and the more money they were worth would differentiate the cost of taxes going up. Just wondering how much for some
