I'm currently having no luck with finding a hairdresser for my blonde hair, i'm fairly blonde naturally, but i like icy blonde...however my old hair stylist who was able to get me icy blonde has moved and i cannot seem to find someone who knows how to color blonde hair.  
 
I end up with tingey green, blue (told to use clarifying shampoo) , bands of yellow, they think they've done a great job until i leave the salon lights and then it looks like shit in natural light.  
 
i was suggested a few ladies at pantages but none of them are willing to take on new clients at the moment. Not sure where to go.  
 
Any suggestions.
