How Do I Contact Amazon Canada re: missing parcel

I tracked my shipment and found this:
Canada Post couldn't deliver your package
We are sorry that your shipment was damaged in transit and will not be delivered.
That was four weeks ago and I have not heard from Amazon. I have searched through their customer service and can't find any way to contact them.
How do I let them know I want them to reship the item?
