Just a heads up...  
 
These questions are geared towards those living in the newer section of of Meadowbrook Village. I've been reading posts from years back about this subject, but need an updated response. Asking for friends looking to purchase a home there.  
 
What is the average lot rent that someone pays in the new section? What does it i:nclude? A financial breakdown would be awesome.  
 
Also, have there been any issues with making arrangements to build on the property? Like needing permits, asking permission from the owners to build a fence or shed, etc...that kind of thing. Are there still issues with the drinking water? (I ask because of a previous thread comment)  
 
Honestly, any comments about Meadowbrook Village, impressions, concerns that should be considered, suggestions etc are welcomed!

Purchase a trailer from Best Buy to put on a lot.  
You can not build a house on the property.  
The property maintenance man is awesome!

When you mean maintenance, do they mow the law and clear and such?

You will be responsible for lawn care and snow clearing of your lot. They will do street clearing.

That sounds quite reasonable.
