Our driveway is the first double driveway on the east side of the street - we share it with a neighbour. Drivers who realize they are the wrong street bounce into our driveway instead of just continuing down the street and turning up the next one. People who live on the street use it to turn around, too. Does it bother anyone else when their driveway is being used as a turn-around up to 10 times a day?

We had this same issue until we put a pylon there. It's amazing how that made the difference. The only downside is having to move it when you want to leave.

What is if that bothers you about it?

Could you leave your vehicle parked towards the end of your driveway, making it impossible for people to use as a U-turn spot?  
 
I could see this being a bit annoying if people did it all the time, as OP says. In the winter they would get the flash of headlights into their home multiple times if it occurs anytime in the morning or evening. If they have children it could make them feel uneasy if the kids are playing on the driveway. Also, some vehicles leak fluids that could stain their driveway depending on the surface - and who wants that! Once in a while is one thing, but up to 10 times a day would get old.

Our driveway is older with asphalt and crumbling concrete. Most cars whip in and out very quickly, often hitting the curb which is also crumbling. Maybe I am just old and cranky! Lol!

The driveway entryway is uneven so the bottoms of many cars scrape if they come in too quickly. The driveway further up is paving stone so we don’t really want car fluids, etc. on it. We park our cars closer to the house near the security lights. Car lights flickering into the house are annoying.

My in laws have problem. At first I thought they were being rather extreme and getting kind of upset for nothing. They are first house on street, people se. turn around some even sit a bit to text. Anyways they were annoyed by the lack tact lights fkashing into their front living room at night. Always had to keep blinds closed. Also males clearing snow hard since packs it down. We are talking older folks, 80 clearing driveway. But regardless a pain They put various things on driveway. Currently two barrels with tape across. They have been yelled at by people who think it’s silly or their right to pull in. So about two years now and neighbors down the way who never thought issue now complaining as their driveways being used. And yes them moving the blockades are a pain to come and go and to visit. One of their reasons for a possible move now
