I efiled a tax return (StudioTax) and i:ncluded all T4's and other documents - assessment came back with a missing T4 (EI from an apprentice course), and obviously a great deal of adjustments made to the return.  
Got the T4 (that was inputted into the Tax program) in the mail - there was another one for a different total on the myaccount with CRA, that wasn't aware of. Obviously only one is legit for the amount of EI that was received - not sure which one is correct and/or how to correct this? Cause the one that I used in the filing - has the correct Apprenctice amounts for the college fees but doesn't have the correct amount of earnings and it has the tax deducted, and there is no way the amount of the two T4's was received from EI for the 6 weeks of classes. on the "my account T4 slip" it indicates that if there was an adjustment it would be mailed out and to use the mailed out one for tax filing! Anyone familiar with this and know how I should go about correcting or refiling? Hope this makes sense!

Determine which slip is correct first I suppose

Does one of them have the words  
“Amended “ on it?  
If so that is the one CRA will use.  
 
Are they both T4 E slips?  
Are they amounts in the same boxes numbers on both T-slips?  
Was there tuition and was your tuition a taxable benefit in box 20?  
That would make a difference on your income even if you did not receive it yourself it would still he taxable .

As an apprenticeship you have your ei form for wages paid then the form fornthe amount the government paid for your school course on your behalf. If you got a grant for passing there is another form you will also recieve
