Seasonal camping(that allows you to rent out camper)

Just wondering if anyone knows of a seasonal campground(preferably within 1hr radius of brandon) that allows one to rent their camper out when not in use? We are seasonal campers but find we are using our camper less and less. Would like to rent out our unit when we are unable to go to offset some cost associated. TIA for replies!
