I'm looking for recommendations for realtors who are particularly good at selling those "hard to sell" properties that other realtors are unable to sell. I'm not just looking for good realtors - Brandon is fortunate to have plenty of those. I need someone who can take on a challenge and do the work necessary to sell a property in Brandon with exceptional developmental opportunities.  
 
If you know a realtor with these qualities or are a realtor yourself who would like to take on the job, please let me know.

The realtors from this firm had a brain storming session to start every week. They brought up every listing, discussed it and went to the next. One listing came up which was useless: no running water, no hydro, no phone and a lousy turkey trail to it way back in the bush. They all laughed and one realtor said only a bootlegger would want that and with that, one agent said, "I know a bootlegger!!!"  
SOLD!!
