Hi folks,  
 
Some quick context, recently separated and moving into a glendale home. My son loves shooting the net in the basement, and I would love to give him a backyard rink in my new home (due to the lack of a basement).  
 
I have zero experience, and would love to get ideas and opinions from experienced folks. I am considering the VIC rink kit from Canadian Tire. Anyone has any experience with that?

If you haven't I highly suggest you ask at office if you can have one, years ago all my mom's pipes were frozen and broke from the person next door who put a rink in. It thawed and refroze incasing her pipes in ice. We lived in Glendale
