Book Clubs? Walking Groups?

Hi Folks. I’m relatively new to Brandon and am looking to meet some people. Wondering whether anyone knows of social clubs, book clubs, walking groups or something similar in town.

With that said, if anyone is interested - I’d be happy to organize something.

Depending on your interests, Westman Naturalists is a fantastic group of people. In the spring, summer, and fall, they do plenty of nature and birdwatching walks. During the winter they host nature themed talks at the university. They post events here on ebrandon and their website.

I’ve seen some trivia, speed puzzling, music, comedians etc. events at Section 6, Black Wheat, Eagle’s Nest, Chez Angela and Lady of the Lake.

If you end up organizing something I’d likely join you (depending on age/gender preference). 43F here.
