GASOLINE PRICES ?!

Why do the rich keep getting richer? I think it's time to rise up people. Why has our gas stayed at 89.9 forever when oil has gone down, down, down. And why is it as little as 1.65/gallon just a couple hours south (which, works out to approx. 40-45 cents, so i am told) - we are paying double up here-for no reason. Anyone else still feel that 89.9 is a "good deal?"
