I don't know, I don't get it. You see them everywhere. These dinky little cars with these ridiculous pipes sticking out their rear end, nearly the size of the car itself. Why???? It can't be for the sound, that fart-through-a-megaphone-sound. Why would anyone with an ounce of grey matter or self respect purposely do that to their OWN vehicle? Maybe to someone else's for a practical JOKE, or someone you don't particularly like & want to make an a** of, but to your own car??  
Pssst... hey, if you have one of these cans on your car... your car doesn't sound, in the remotest sense of the word, cool. We all know there's nothing under the hood, if there was you wouldn't need the garbage can.  
Please stop fooling yourself, just accept it because really... it's just plain embarrassing.
