Discussions

I just would like a few questions answered and I'm not particularly sure what branch of government it would be under.:  
 
I was under the impression that the federal gov will pay the expense's as long as you don't promote:  
violence  
hate  
plots to over take the government  
animal sacrifices  
and illegal activities.  
 
Is this right? do tax dollars support almost every Church on the block?  
 
any answers or fact's toward this subject would be great.
