Ok so I officially feel old, I am 18. I was driving down 9th with my fiance and there were two girls, no older than 12, on a bench waving and when we past them, they gave us the finger! I thought to myself, what in the world possessed them to do that! We did nothing to them and here they are, feeling as if they can give us the finger! I was mad and stunned! When I was twelve, just saying "the finger" was bad enough. Is it just me or are the kids nowadays not understanding respect or even common sense? Not to play the blame game but I think it stems from overly lenient parents.
