Classifieds: Changing your city

Hey i was wondering how come i cant change where im from when i post a classified ad. Or how do i go about doin this, i could never figure it out so it always says im from brandon and im from about a hour away so it decieves people. Wondering if anyone knew what i was doin wrong. thanks.
